Tuesday Peace Club children made a world of wishes and shared what they thought would be a good gift for the world. Their wishes included food for everyone, peace in the world, no guns, joy, love, health for all, no torture, green earth with no pollution and homes for all.
Tuesday Peace Club started the New Year 2011 by talking about how they can let their light shine in dark places and be the change they want to see in the world. Some lights were love, helping others, picking up trash, solving problems by talking, sharing food with others and becoming friends with children in other countries.
Keeping these ideas in mind will help us stay peaceful throughout the year.
